الخُنْشُوشُ، كعُصْفورٍ: بَقِيَّةُ المالِ، والقِطْعَةُ من الإِبِلِ. وأبو خُناشٍ، كغُرابٍ: خالِدُ بنُ عبدِ العُزَّى، صحابِيٌّ.
وامرأةٌ مُخَنَّشَةٌ، كمُعَظَّمَةٍ،
ومُتَخَنِّشَةٌ: فيها بَقِيَّةٌ من شَبابِها. ونساءٌ مُخَنَّشاتٌ ومُتَخنِّشاتٌ.
