الجَمْعَرَةُ: الجَعْمَرَةُ، والقارَةُ الغليظَةُ المُشْرِفَةُ، أو حِجارَةٌ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ.
وجَمْعَرُ: قبيلةٌ.
والجُمْعورُ، بالضم: الجمعُ العظيمُ، وبهاءٍ: الفَلَكَةُ في رأسِ الخَشَبَةِ، والكُومَةُ من الأَقِطِ.
وجَمْعَرَها: دَوَّرَها.
والجَمْعَرُ: طِينٌ أصْفَرُ يَخْرُجُ من البِئْرِ إذا حُفِرَتْ.
