التقليل: فِي التَّاج (باندكي وانمودن) . فَمَعْنَى قَوْلهم وَرب للتقليل أَنه لإنشاء التقليل أَي لإحداث أَن الْمُتَكَلّم يسْتَقلّ بِدُخُولِهِ وَإِن كَانَ كثيرا فِي الْوَاقِع تَقول فِي جَوَاب من قَالَ مَا لقِيت رجلا رب رجل لَقيته أَي لَا تنكر لقائي للرِّجَال بالمرة فَإِنِّي لقِيت مِنْهُم شَيْئا وَإِن كَانَ قَلِيلا.
