التنفيل: هو إعطاء الإِمام الفارسَ أو الراجلَ فوق سهمه وهو من النفل قال النسفي: "هو أن يترك الإمام على رجل أو رجال بأعيانهم من الغزاة شيئاً من الغنيمة مِن سلب مَن قتله ونحو ذلك".
