الاقتضاء: هو طلب الفعل أو طلب الترك، فإن كان الطلب مع المنع عن الترك فهو إيجاب، أو بدونه فهو الندب، وإن كان طلب الترك مع المنع عن الفعل فهو التحريمُ، أو بدونه فهو الكراهة.
