المتوفى: سنة تسع وأربعين ومائة.
وله: (الجامع في النحو) أيضا.
قال بعض الشعراء فيه:

بطل النحو جميعا كله * غير ما أحدث عيسى بن عمر
ذاك إكمال، وهذا جامع * فهما للناس: شمس وقمر
