الإعصار: بِالْكَسْرِ فشردن وَقَالَ الْحُكَمَاء وَقد تحدث ريَاح مُخْتَلفَة الْجِهَة دفْعَة فتدافع تِلْكَ الرِّيَاح الْأَجْزَاء الأرضية فتنضغط تِلْكَ الْأَجْزَاء بَينهَا مُرْتَفعَة كَأَنَّهَا تلتوي على نَفسهَا وَهِي الإعصار بِالْكَسْرِ.
