اصفرار الشمس: هو تغيرها بأن لا تحار العين فيها كذا في "الدر" وصححه في "الهداية". وفي "الظهيرية": إن أمكنه إطالةُ النظر فقد تغيرت وقيل: حدُّ التغير أن يبقى للغروب أقلُ من رمح وقيل: أن يتغيرَ الشعاع على الحيطان.
