أَتْرِيبُ:
بالفتح ثم السكون وكسر الراء وياء ساكنة وباء: اسم كورة في شرقي مصر مسماة بأتريب بن مصر بن بيصر بن حام بن نوح، عليه السلام، وقد ذكرت قصته في مصر، وقصبة هذه الكورة عين شمس، وعين شمس خراب لم يبق منها إلا آثار قديمة، تذكر إن شاء الله تعالى.
