فارسي حكاه صاحب العين. التهذيب: الآمِصُ إِعرابُ الخامِيز، والخامِيزُ:

اللحمُ يَشَرَّح رقيقاً ويؤكل نِيئاً، وربما يُلْفح لَفحة النار.
