a. Was good, excellent; was pure; was pleasant, sweet; was
advantageous, beneficial.
b. [acc. & Bi], Was pleased with, rejoiced at, delighted (
himself ) in.
c. Became better, improved.

e. Was well, convalescent.

طَيَّبَa. Rendered good &c.; improved, bettered
ameliorated.
