[طهم] فرسٌ مُطَهَّمٌ ورجلٌ مُطَهَّمٌ. قال الأصمعي: المُطَهَّم: التامّ كل شئ منه على حدته، فهو بارع الجمال. ووجهٌ مُطَهَّمٌ، أي مجتمع مدور. ومنه. الحديث في وصف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لم يكن بالمطهم ولا بالمكلثم " أي لم يكن بالمدور الوجه ولا بالموجن، ولكنه مسنون الوجه . ويقال: تطهمت الطعام، إذا كرهته. وما أدري أي الطهم هو . وطهمان: اسم رجل.
