السند: ما يكون المنع مبنيًا عليه، أي ما يكون مصححًا؛ لورود المنع، إما في نفس الآمر أو في زعم السائل، وللسند صيغٌ ثلاث: إحداها أن يقال لا نسلم هذا، لِمَ لا يجوز أن يكون كذا? والثانية: لا نسلم لزوم ذلك، وإنما يلزم أن لو كان كذا، والثالثة: لا نسلم هذا، كيف يكون هذا، والحال أنه كذا.
Volunteers needed (having reasonably advanced knowledge of Arabic, and relatively good English): There are 20-40 dictionaries that can be added to The Arabic Lexicon once the digital versions are reviewed and any necessary corrections carried out (sometimes this can be done in a few hours).
