أَقْرِــيطِشِي: هي نسبة إلى جزيرة اقريطش (كريت) ويطلق على مخدر يعرف بالبنج (ألف ليلة برسل 4: 146، 380) وقد استعملت الكلمة اسماً مرادفاً لكلمة بنج (ألف ليلة برسل 7: 282) وفي طبعة ماكن بنج بدل اقريطشي.
