(نَجَهَ )
(هـ) فِي حَدِيثِ عُمَرَ «بَعْدَ مَا نَجَهَهَا» أَيْ ردَّها وانتَهَرها. يُقَالُ: نَجَهْتُ الرجلَ نَجْهاً، إِذَا اسْتَقْبَلْتَه بِمَا يَكُفُّه عَنْكَ.
(نَجَهَ) النُّونُ وَالْجِيمُ وَالْهَاءُ. كَلِمَةٌ تَدُلُّ عَلَى كَرَاهَةٍ فِي شَيْءٍ. يُقَالُ: نَجَهْتُهُ، إِذَا اسْتَقْبَلْتَهُ بِمَا يَكْرَهُهُ وَيَقْدَعُهُ عَنْكَ. وَرَجُلٌ نَاجِهٌ، إِذَا دَخَلَ الْبَلَدَ فَاسْتَنْكَرَهُ وَكَرِهَهُ.
