اللَّحِزُ: الضّيق الشحيح النَّفس الَّذِي لَا يكَاد يُعْطي شَيْئا، وَإِن أعْطى فقليل. وَقد لَحِزَ لَحَزاً، وتَلَحَّزَ.

وَطَرِيق لَحِزٌ: ضيق، عَن الَّلحيانيّ.

والملاحِزُ: المضايق.

وتَلاحَزَ الْقَوْم: تعارضوا الْكَلَام بَينهم.
