قيصوري: قيصوري: صنف من الكافور (ابن البيطار 2: 334).
وفي تذكرة الانطاكي (مادة كافور): القيصوري بالقاف والمثناة التحنية، ويقال أيضا الفنصوري (بالفاء والنون).
وفي مخطوطة (رقم 13) القيصوري وهو منسوب إلى موضع من بلاد الهند من ناحية سرنديب (انظر: فلرز).
قيصوني ماء قيصوني: ماء أجاح، ماء شديد الملوحة والمرارة بلذع الفم مثل ماء البحر.
