فنش: فنش= بن وبالفارسية بنك. ففي الجويري. (ص15 ق): يخلوا بالنسوان ويطعموهم الفنس (كذا).
فنش: كديش صغير. (برجون ص175).
فنيش، والجمع فنانيش وفنانش: بغل (فوك) وبغل صغير (بوسييه). وقد وردت هذه الكلمة محرفة عند كرتاس (ص161) وفيه في الكلام عن سلطان مراكش الذي يذهب ليتفقد بقراته: وكان قد ركب فينشا.
وذكر الناشر: كبشا وفنشيا وفنيشا، والكلمة الأخيرة هي الصحيحة.
