خَبَصَهُ يَخْبِصُه: خَلَطَه، ومنه:
الخَبِيصُ: المَعْمُولُ من التَّمْرِ والسَّمْنِ.
وخَبيصُ: ة بِكِرْمانَ.
والمِخْبَصةُ: مِلْعَقَةٌ يُقْلَبُ الخَبيصُ بها في الطِنْجيرِ، وقد خَبَصَ يَخْبِصُ وخَبَّصَ تَخْبِيصاً وتَخَبَّصَ واخْتَبَصَ.
