اسفيوش: في معجم فريتاج، وفي باين سميث 1159، وهي في معجم المستعيني اسفيوس. وكذلك هي بالقاف في مخطوطتي المستعيني (مادة بزر قطونا) حيث يقول المصنف إنه وجدها بالسين والشين أيضاً. واللفظة فارسية فيما يقوله كل من المستعيني وابن البيطار (1: 132)، راجع معجم فلر في مادة اسبغول.
