(* قوله «شجرة قال وعسى إلخ» هكذا في

الأصل). أن يكون له وجه آخر من التصريف لا نعلمه. الأَزهري: الإقاء شجرة؛

قال الليث: ولا أَعرفه.

ابن الأَعرابي: قَأَى: إذا أَقرَّ لخصمه بِحَقٍّ وذَلَّ، وأَقَى إذا

كَرِه الطعامَ والشراب لِعَلَّة، والله أَعلم.
