الْعين وَالتَّاء والذال

ذَعَتَهُ فِي التُّرَاب يَذْعَتُه ذَعْتا: معكه كَأَنَّهُ يغطه فِي المَاء. وَقيل: هُوَ أَشد الخنق، والذَّعْتُ: الدّفع العنيف، والغمز الشَّديد، وَالْفِعْل كالفعل.
