1 بَغَشَتِ السَّمَآءُ, aor. ـَ (S, K,) inf. n. بَغْشٌ, (S,) The sky rained a rain such as is termed بَغْشَةٌ, q. v. (S, K.) b2: بُغِشَتُ الأَرْضُ The land was watered by a rain such as is termed بَغْشَةٌ, (S,) or بَغْشٌ.
