إِسْكَارَن:
بالكسر ثم السكون، ثم الكاف، وألف، وراء مفتوحة، ونون، ويقال: سكارن بإسقاط الهمزة: قرية بقرب دبّوسية من نواحي الصّغد من قرى كشانية، منها: بكر بن حنظلة بن أنومرد الإسكارني الصّغدي وابنه محمد بن بكر، توفي بعد السبعين وثلاثمائة.
