وقذ
الوَقْذُ: شِدَّةُ الضَّرْبِ. شاةٌ وَقِيْذٌ مَوْقُوْذَةٌ: أي مَقْتُولةٌ بالخَشَب.
وحُمِلَ فلانٌ وَقِيْذاً: أي ثَقِيلاً دَنِفاً.
وضَرَبَه على مَوْقِذٍ من مَوَاقِذِه: وهو المِرْفَقُ، أو طَرَفُ المَنْكِب والرُّكْبَةِ أو الكَعْبُ، وهو المَوْضِعُ الذي إذا ضَرَبْتَه وَقَذْتَ صاحِبَه.
وفي قَلْبي وَقْذَةٌ: أي أثَرٌ باقٍ من مَكْروهٍ.
والمُوَقَّذَةُ من الغَنَم: التي يَنْقَطِعُ بعضُ عُرُوْقِ أحَدِ شِقَّيْ ضَرْعِها فَيَقِلًّ لَبَنُ ذلك الشِّقِّ.
ووَقَذَه النُّعَاسُ: أوْهَنَه.
