مقتضى النص: ما لا يدل اللفظ عليه، ولا يكون ملفوظا. لكن يكون من ضرورة اللفظ أعم من أن يكون شرعيا أو عقليا. وقيل جعل غير المنطوق منطوقا ليصح المنطوق.
