أهْمَله الخَليل. وحَكى الخارْزَنْجِيُّ: لَيْعَةُ الجُوْعِ: حُرْقَتُه. ولِعْتُ لَيَعَاناً: ضَجِرْتَ. والمِلْيَاعُ: السَّريعةُ العَطَشِ. وقيل: هي التي تَقْدُمُ الإبلَ سابِقَةً ثم ترجعُ إليها. ورِيْحٌ لِيَاعٌ. واللِّيْعُ: مَوْضِعٌ.
