تلوّج: سافر، ترحّل من بلد إلى بلد آخر، جاب البلدان، أو العالم (بوسييه).
لوّاج: منقب، مفتش (بوسييه).
لوّاج والجمع لوّاجة: هو في تونس من أنواع الشُّرَط، أو من الحرس الوطني الذي يقوم بواجب الدوريات في الليل (بوسييه بليسييه 53).
