(كَرْنَفَ)
(هـ) فِي حَدِيثِ الوَاقمِي «وَقَدْ ضافَه رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَتَى بقِرْبَتِه نَخْلَةً فعَلقها بكُرْنَافَة » هِيَ أَصْلُ السَّعَفَة الغَليظة. والجْمع: الكَرَانِيف.
وَمِنْهُ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ أَبِي الزِّناد «وَلَا كِرْنَافَة وَلَا سَعَفَة» .
وَحَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ «إلاَّ بُعِثَ عَلَيْهِ يومَ الْقِيَامَةِ سَعَفُها وكَرَانِيفُها أشاَجعَ تَنْهَشُه» .
(هـ) وَحَدِيثُ الزُّهْرِي «والقُرآن فِي الكَرَانيف » يَعْنِي أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَكْتُوبًا عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ جَمْعه فِي الصُّحف.
