عظى
العَظَايِة - وفي لُغَةٍ: العَظَاءَةُ -: دُوَيْبّةٌ على خِلْقَةِ سَامِّ أبْرَصَ إلاَّ أنَّه أكْبَرُ. وما عَظَاهُ: ما سَاءَهُ. وعَظَاهُ اللهُ وبَظَاه: صَرَفَه عن الخَيْر. والعَظَاءَةُ: ماءٌ لِبَني كَعْبِ بن أبي بَكْرٍ. ولَقِيَ مَا عَظَّاهُ: أي شِدَّةٌ وبَلاء.
