الْعين والظاء وَالرَّاء

عَظِرَ الرجل: كره الشَّيْء، وَلَا يكادون يَتَكَلَّمُونَ بِهِ.

وأعْظَرَهُ الشَّرَاب: كَظَّهُ وَثقل فِي جَوْفه.

وَرجل عِظْيَرٌّ: سيئ الْخلق. وَقيل: متظاهر اللَّحْم مَرْبُوع.

وعِظْيَرٌ - مخفف الرَّاء -: كز غليظ.

وَقيل قصير.
