(هـ) فِي حَدِيثِ عَلِيٍّ:
أكيلُكُم بالسَّيف كَيلَ السَّنْدَرَهْ أَيْ أقتُلكم قَتْلا وَاسِعًا ذَرِيعاً. السَّنْدَرَةُ: مكْيال واسعٌ. قِيلَ يُحْتَمَلُ أَنْ يَكُونَ اتُّخذ مِنَ السَّنْدَرَةِ وَهِيَ شَجَرة يُعمَل مِنْهَا النَّبل والقِسِىّ. والسَّنْدَرَةُ أَيْضًا العَجَلة. وَالنُّونُ زَائِدَةٌ وذكَرَها الْهَرَوِيُّ فِي هَذَا الباب ولم يُنبّه على زيادتها.
