فَصِيْل دَقٍ: وهو الذي يُكْثِرُ من اللَّبَن فيَفْسُدُ بَطْنُه ويكْثُرُ سَلْحُه، والأنثى دَقِيَة، دَقِيَ يَدْقى دَقىً، وهو دَقْوَانُ؛ ودَقوى.
وبفلانٍ دَقْيَةٌ من حُمْقٍ، فهو مَدْقِيٌ.
