حمطر
: (حَمْطَرَ القرْبَةَ) ، أَهمله الجَوّهَري، وَقَالَ الصّغانيُّ: أَي (ملأَهَا. و) حَمْطَر (القَوْسَ: وَتَّرَهَا) كحَطْمَرَها.
(وإِبلٌ مُحَمْطَرَةٌ: قَائِمَةٌ مُوقَرَةٌ) ، أَي مَحْمُولَة، وَالْمِيم أَصْليَّة، وَقيل زَائدة.
وضَجْعَم بْنُ حَمَاطيرَ من قُضاعَة.
