جِزما زَج: هكذا يجب أن يكتب اسم ثمرة الأثل، وقد كتبها فريتاج بالراء خطأ منه (باين سميث 1159). وفي ابن البيطار (1: 13) جزمارق، وأيضا كزمازك (أنظر فريتاج في حرف الكاف). وهذه الكلمة من الأصل الفارسيكزمازك وأيضا كُّزمارك.
