جهث
: (جَهَثَ) الرَّجُلُ، (كمَنَعَ) ، يَجْهَثُ جَهْثاً، (: اسْتَخَفَّهُ) أَي حملَهُ (الفَزَعُ) أَي الخَوفُ (أَو الغضَبُ) ، عَن أَبي مالِكٍ، (أَو الطَّربُ) أَي السُّرُورُ والفَرحُ، وَهُوَ جاهثٌ، وجَهْثَانُ بِهَذَا المعْنَى.
