الفِلْطاسُ والفِلْطَوْس والفِلْطيسُ، كقِرطاسٍ وجِرْدَحْلٍ وزِنْبيلٍ: الكَمَرَةُ الغليظَةُ، أو رَأسُها إذا كانَ عَريضاً.
والفِلْطيسَةُ: خَطْمُ الخِنْزيرِ.
وتَفَلْطَسَ أنْفُ الإِنْسانِ: اتَّسَعَ.
