الدَّمُ في جناية الحج: هو ذبح حيوان من الإبل والبقر والغنم، وحيثما أطلق فالمراد به ذبحُ شاة وهي تجزئ في كل موضع إلاَّ في موضعين: الأول: إذا جامع بعد الوقوف بعرفة. والثاني: إذا طاف طوافَ الزيارة جنباَ أو حائضاً أو نفساء فإنه يجب عليه بدنة.
