Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali (d. 1987 CE / 1407 AH) was a renowned Moroccan Islamic scholar fluent in English and German, best known for his English translation of the Quran (with Muhammad Muhsin Khan) titled The Noble Qur'an.
