(هـ) فِي حَدِيثِ سُوَيْد بْنِ غَفَلة «أَتَانَا مصدِّق رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَتَاهُ رجلٌ بِناقةٍ مُلَمْلَمَة فأبَى أَنْ يأخذَها» هِيَ المُسْتديرة سِمَنا، مِنَ اللَّمِّ: الضمِّ وَالْجَمْعِ، وَإِنَّمَا رَدَّهَا لِأَنَّهُ نَهَى أَنْ يُؤخذَ فِي الزَّكَاةِ خيارُ الْمَالِ.
