قبم: قبامة (بالتركية قبامه). يقول دوماس (حياة العرب ص521): القبامة قدير متبل (يخنة) من لحم الغنم يطبخ مع السمن والماء والفلفل والملح. ويوضع عليه قبل أن يقدم للأكل البقدونس والبصل المقطع قطعا صغيرة (أي البصل النيئ المفروم).
