[غمغم] فيه: ليس فيهم "غمغمة" فضاعة، الغمغمة والتغمغم كلام غير بين.

غمغم: غمغم: دندن، همهم. (ريشاردسن صحاري 1: 194) وهو يكتبها: قمقم. وانظر هذا الخلط بين غ وق في (1: 134) منه.
وهذا الفعل يدل على نفس المعنى في عبارة ألف ليلة التي نقلها فريتاج حسب ما لاحظه فليشر (معجم ص32).
غَمْغَمْة: تستعمل للدلالة على هدير الأمواج (ابن جبير ص230).
