إسْفِيريا: وتسمى اليوم سفيرية وهو طعام يتخذ من اللحم والبيض والبصل. ففي ابن القوطية (44و): فقال لكاتبه إن عشت قليلا لأطعمتك إسفِيريا من لحوم هذه الجزر ما أكلت مثلها قط (مارتن 80، شيرب).
