التَّغَب: الْوَسخ والدرن.

وتَغِب الرجل تغَبا، فَهو تَغِب: هلك.

وتَغِب تَغَبا: صَار فِيهِ عَيْبٌ.

وَمَا فِيهِ تَغْبةٌ: أَي عيب تُردٌّ بِهِ شَهادته.
