العَيْدَسوق أهملَه الجَوهَريُّ وصاحِبُ اللّسان. وَقَالَ ابنُ دُرَيد: هِيَ دُوَيْبَّةٌ أَي: من أحْناشِ الأرضِ، هكَذا هُوَ فِي النُسَخ بالسّين المُهْمَلة، وَالَّذِي فِي العُبابِ بالمُعْجَمَةِ، وَهُوَ الصّواب.
