سقبنجة: اسم طعام يصفه شكوري (ص196 ق) بقوله: لَحمْ مطبوخ وبَيْض مضرب بتابل يعقد في زيت بقدر ما يلتصق بالطاجن. ولعل الصواب سقنجبة. قارن هذه الكلمة: شٍكَنْبَه.
