بعد الألف الثانية باء موحدة، وألف، وذال معجمة: من قرى بوشنج من أعمال هراة ينسب إليها أبو العلاء إبراهيم بن محمد التاياباذي فقيه الكرامية ومقدمهم، روى عنه الحافظ أبو القاسم علي ابن الحسن بن هبة الله الدمشقي وغيره.
