الضائر بالضاد: اسم فاعل من قولهم: ضاره يضيره ويضوره بمعنى ضره يضره. والظائر بالظاء: اسم فاعل من قولهم: ظأرت الناقة إذا عطفتها على الحوار، وظأرته على الأمر إذا أكرهته عليه.
