بُوصَرَا:
بفتح الصاد المهملة، وراء: من قرى بغداد، هكذا ذكره ابن مردويه فيما حكاه أبو سعد عنه، ونسب إليها أبا علي الحسن بن الفضل بن السّمح الزعفراني المعروف بالبوصراني، روى عن مسلم بن إبراهيم، روى عنه أبو بكر محمد بن محمد الباغندي، وتوفي أول جمادى الآخرة سنة 280 وهو متروك الحديث.
