(هـ) فِي الْحَدِيثِ «يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمانٌ يُسْتَحل فِيهِ الرِّبا بِالْبَيْعِ، والخَمرُ بالنَّبيذ، والبَخْس بِالزَّكَاةِ» البَخْس مَا يَأْخُذُهُ الوُلاَة بَاسْمِ الْعُشْرِ والمُكُوس، يتأَوّلون فِيهِ الزَّكَاةَ وَالصَّدَقَةَ.
